Established in 1922 Gant has moved from shirt manufacturer, to importer, to brand portfolio manager throughout four generations and has earned the reputation for being market leaders in design, manufacturing, production and management of quality apparel and accessories. Gant is headquartered in Melbourne with offices and stores in over 35 locations throughout Australia.

Gant’s main challenge was that they were not receiving the full-scale support and service by their previous MSP. There were no regular touch points, no consultancy on how technology can help their business, no service management, and no assistance with their Telstra related enquiries. Gant were looking for a Telstra partner that was big enough to support their growing business but small enough to provide hand in hand support.

Following an extensive RFP process, Oreta was able to provide quality service at the same price point. Proposed solution leveraged cloud to monitor, configure and troubleshoot the remote network infrastructure to increase operational efficiency and profitability. Zero touch provisioning also meant that Oreta was able to assist new store locations with a very quick turnaround. By maintain spare stock, Oreta was able to uplift and improve their level of responsiveness. With the combination of strong account and service management the customer felt heard and looked after for all their technology requirements.

Increased serviceability and reliability.

Annual cost reduction of $75K.

Streamlined Telstra accounts.

Established managed voice and data network to retail sites.

“Oreta was prepared to listen to our business needs and work with us to execute a solution that was manageable by all parties. The one thing that set Oreta apart from other MSP’s was their exceptional customer service. Our Oreta contact is always available to take our calls and always responds to emails promptly. No problem is too big or too small for their team which made our experience seamless. We will be working with Oreta long-term for all our future technological needs.”
