Gant is headquartered in Melbourne with offices and stores in over 35 locations throughout Australia.
Gant’s main challenge was that they were not receiving the full-scale support and service by their previous MSP. There were no regular touch points, no consultancy on how technology can help their business, no service management, and no assistance with their Telstra related enquiries. Proposed solution leveraged cloud to monitor, configure and troubleshoot the remote network infrastructure to increase operational efficiency and profitability. By maintain spare stock, Oreta was able to uplift and improve their level of responsiveness.
